What is Session for Sports?

Session for Sports is a multi-sport coaching platform built for facility owners and multi-program operators. It bundles online booking, athlete records, session notebook, video review, messaging, invoicing, and reporting into one platform — with athletes, sessions, packages, and bookings tagged by sport so a facility running multiple programs sees clean per-sport reporting on a shared back-office.

Which sports are supported today?

Out of the box: soccer, field hockey, flag football, football, basketball, volleyball, baseball, softball, tennis, pickleball, golf, lacrosse, hockey, swimming, track & field, and wrestling. Additional sports can be added on request — most ball, racket, club, and individual-skill sports map cleanly onto the existing model.

How does pricing work?

Pricing is per-coach per-month with three tiers: Solo (1 coach), Facility (up to 5 coaches), and Complex (unlimited coaches plus video analysis and KPI dashboards). All plans include a 14-day free trial with no credit card required, and a 30-day 90% money-back guarantee on first-month charges. See the Pricing page for current rates.

How do payments work? Do you take a cut?

Payments run through your own Square account via our Square OAuth integration. Money goes directly from your client to your Square balance — Session for Sports never touches the funds and takes zero percent of transaction revenue. You only pay the monthly subscription.

Can clients book and pay online without an account?

Yes. Each coach gets a public booking page at a branded URL. Clients pick a slot, enter their name and email, and pay with a card via Square. A client record is auto-created on first booking, so you do not have to import anything to get started.

How do I cancel or get a refund?

Cancel anytime from Settings → Billing or by emailing support@jkcreative.store. Cancellation stops future charges immediately and your account stays active through the end of the paid period. New subscribers can request a 90% refund of the first month within 30 days. See the Refund Policy for full terms.
